Parents And Kids Wye Valley Walk - Easier
Aimed primarily at Parents and Kids this walk is also open to all, so, go get booking!
About-
The Wye Valley is a fine location. This day long walk with plenty of opportunity for photography includes a few highlights that must be mentioned.
Through the forest thick with moss we travel before coming upon a rather majestic river that we must cross. Hopefully the hand pulled ferry will be working and we’ll get across to the other side. If not no worries, we can still take in the other highlights of this day.
We will then wander to King Arthurs Cave and have a lights on exploration there before returning through fields and woodland along the river and over the Wibbly Wobbly bridge and back to the start point.
This is an easy paced moderate walk for those looking for an enjoyable day out, those building fitness levels and those with younger children who might not appreciate a 15 mile mountain day.
