Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Important Update
Following the Government announcement that London is moving into Tier 3, the World Rugby Museum and Twickenham Stadium Tours are now closed until further notice.
- All Stadium Tour tickets must be booked in advance. Museum Only tickets are only available on event days.
- Stadium Tours are unable to visit the top level of the stadium due to restrictions on the use of lifts.
- Your booking must only include members of your support bubble.
- Your booking must be for no more than 6 people.
- Face coverings must be worn, unless exempt, in the England Rugby Store, the World Rugby Museum and whilst on the Stadium Tour.
- We politely request that anyone showing symptoms of Covid-19 refrain from visiting. Your visit will be rearranged free of charge.
- A track and trace system will be in place with details required upon arrival. Data provided will be destroyed after 21 days unless opting in for marketing purposes

Visit some of the most exciting and select areas of the Stadium, including the Royal Box, Players’ Tunnel, and a visit pitchside before finishing your visit with the World Rugby Museum.
The highlight of the trip is a visit to the England dressing room where you will learn about the match-day preparations and routines of international rugby players.
