Super Saver Ticket - 25% Saving!
Our supersaver tickets represent amazing value and give you a 25% saving on our great rides and attractions. A book of 12 supersaver tickets costs just £9.
Step One – Arrive Early!
The Needles opens at 10:00am, but you can enter the car park from 9.30am, which gives you plenty of time to find a good spot and to get your group ready to enter the park. Remember: you only pay to park your car and entry to The Needles is completely free of charge, so you only then pay for the rides and attractions that you want to experience.
Step Two – Get Refreshed!
Head to Marconi’s Tea Rooms or The Pantry Restaurant to kick-off your day out at The Needles with a speciality tea or coffee or a sinful cake or pastry! Take a moment to gather your thoughts and plan your morning before taking on our landmark rides and attractions…
Step Three – Have a landmark experience!
Head to the viewing platform and take in the amazing scenery, including the iconic Needles Rocks and Trinity Lighthouse, as well as visiting the world famous Marconi Monument.
Take a ride on the chairlift down to Alum Bay, enjoy some time on the beach and, for a close-up view of the dramatic Needles Rocks and Trinity Lighthouse, hop on board the pleasure boat from the jetty for a dramatic trip around the rocks and lighthouse and panoramic views of the Alum Bay sand cliffs.
Step Four – Grab some Lunch!
There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat throughout The Needles, from Marconi’s Tea Rooms and The Pantry restaurant to a range of catering kiosks for good food on the go, so you can cram more into your day by saving the time it takes to make, unpack and clear away a picnic by letting us cook for you.
Step Five – Rides & Attractions
Let your lunch settle by popping into our 4D cinema, visiting Alum Bay Glass (to watch the fascinating art of glass blowing) and the Isle of Wight Sweet manufactory, where you can see skilled confectioners create sweets that you simply can’t find anywhere else!
At the sand shop you can make your own unique coloured sand souvenirs and, with a variety of other children’s rides and attractions including a traditional Victorian carousel and a ‘Spins and Needles’ Tea Cup ride, the kids will never be short of something to do.
Step Six – Gifts & Mementos
The glassmakers of Alum Bay on the Isle of Wight produce world famous glass products that shimmer with iridescence, from bowls and perfume bottles to glass animals and paperweights. So, make sure you stock-up on presents and gifts before heading home at Alum Bay Glass.
