Come and join us for a morning - 9am - 12pm of Yoga and Brunch in the beautiful grounds of Holker Hall with Carly from Lakes Yoga.
Before the grounds open you will have the place to yourselves - what a treat! Outside (weather permitting) practice starts by connecting to the surroundings with a ground of meditation, enjoying the peacefulness of the place.
Time will be spent practicing pranayama (breathing) techniques before moving through a series of asana (Yoga poses) that will mobilise the joints of the body, stretch out the muscles, and release hard tension - leaving you feeling wonderful for the rest of the weekend.
Yoga is followed by a delicious and healthy Vegetarian brunch together in the Courtyard.
