WebTicketManager is a transaction engine and payment aggregator that brings together ticket providers with ticket purchasers to conclude their transaction(s). To enable the purchasing process to take place, this privacy and data policy refers only to the WebTicketManager element of the supply chain relationship and you may also be required to enter into the specific privacy and data policy of the ticket provider. Any such document(s) will append, but not supersede this document for this part of your transaction.
Collection and Use of Client Information
We require certain information to allow us to process your online booking. WebTicketManager collects the details provided by you, together, if applicable, with information we learn about you from your use of our service(s) and your visit(s) to our website(s) and/or other sites accessible from them.

We may use your information to send you announcements, offers and news about WebTicketManager products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

When you use WebTicketManager, book a ticket or enter personally identifying information, your details are transmitted across the internet securely using high-grade encryption.

Complaints & Disputes
Any dispute or complaint must be brought to the attention of WebTicketManager Ltd in writing no longer than fourteen (14) days from the origin of the dispute or complaint. WebTicketManager Ltd shall then be granted an additional sixty (60) days to investigate and resolve such a dispute or complaint without involving third parties or outside solicitors, litigation or counsel.
This document shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and each of the parties hereto submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If all, or part of, any clause contained within shall either individually, partially or together be adjudged void or go beyond reason, but would be adjudged valid or within reason if deleted, amended, limited or compromised, then such clause shall apply with said alteration.
