Christmas Woodland Terms & Conditions

Cheshire Productions Limited want you to have a wonderful experience at Blakemere’s Christmas Woodland event. Please find below some important safety information to ensure that you all have a really great time. Please ensure you have read our full ‘Terms & Conditions’ and ‘Rules and Safety Guidelines’.

Arrival
You MUST arrive at the Registration Point at least 15 minutes before your timeslot to ensure your registration is processed in time.

Outdoor event
Blakemere’s Christmas Woodland is an outdoor event, set in a real woodland. It is therefore important that you are aware that there are natural hazards within the woodland, ie tree stumps and roots, uneven ground and surfaces, grassed areas, muddy conditions, etc. Parts of the woodland are hilly and there are steep access routes around the event. We have adapted Blakemere’s Christmas Woodland to accommodate wheelchair users where possible but some areas are not accessible without assistance, please request assistance when booking (01606 883261).

Suitable clothing
The weather can be very unpredictable at this time of the year so ensure you bring suitable warm, appropriate, clothing including suitable footwear ie, wellies or walking shoes/boots and warm hats, gloves and an extra pairs of socks to keep feet warm. We also suggest that you bring along a change of clothes. For anyone participating in skating please note that if your children are wearing wellies they may not fit into the bob skates provided and you may need alternative footwear. 

General
The Event has been designed for children aged approximately three years upwards. Younger children are more than welcome to attend but will need assistance around areas of the woodland. The person making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of everyone attending the event under that booking. By attending the event or taking part in any activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the conditions and agree to abide by the safety guidelines and rules. You also accept that Cheshire Productions Limited cannot accept liability for injury caused due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines and rules.

Refunds
Once purchased, unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you are late for your timeslot for a specific activity no refund can be given. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, parking and registration. IF YOU ARE LATE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO INCLUDE YOUR PARTY ON AN ALTERNATIVE SESSION.

Amendments
Please note due to our third party online booking system any changes to bookings will incur a £10 administration fee. For any amendments to your booking please contact [email protected] or call 01606 883261 from Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm ONLY.
