Whose House? Part 2 – Walk

27th June - 5pm - 7pm - Chester North
Take a walk around the Northern part of the city centre and see how some of our old houses have changed in architectural style, ownership and use over time. The focus of the walk is mainly on Northgate Street, King Street, Abbey Square and Foregate Street.
This walk is free but due to limited numbers booking is essential.
Duration approx. two hours. The walk will end by the Albion Pub on Albion Street.
Please note: the route is not fully accessible as it includes steps.
The city centre has been home to working class folk, professional and religious people, and gentry. Tradespeople, nurses, well-known writers, architects, local dignitaries like mayors and sheriffs, lived within the city walls or just outside.
Whose House? Part 1 (Chester South - West) is taking place on Tuesday 25 June.
