This unique 3 hour workshop will teach you everything that you need to know to produce a traditional Melton Mowbray Pork Pie to rival the professionals. Step by step you will taken through the process starting with hot water pastry and finishing with making the gelatine.
The workshop will take three hours finishing with a ploughman's lunch or afternoon tea and your very own Melton Mowbray Pork Pie to take home to bake or freeze for a special day.
Workshops are available on various Saturdays throughout the year, and the occasional Sunday! Please choose your party size to see available dates.
