Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Terms
These booking terms (“Terms”) apply to Brew York Ltd (“Brewery”) whose registered office is Unit 6, Enterprise Complex, Walmgate, York, YO19TT. (‘We/Us/Our’), our officers, and employees and the person or legal entity making a booking to the Brewery (“Booking”) or to whom We supply services in respect of the Booking (‘You/Your’) made on our website at www.brewyork.co.uk (“Site”) of affiliated partner websites. These Terms are governed by English law and apply to all Bookings except where We agree in writing other terms. By making a Booking, You are deemed to accept these Booking Terms. 

2. Bookings 
Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received full payment of the total price quoted from You (normally by e-mail). 

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over eighteen years old to make a Booking. 

Bookings must be paid for using an acceptable and valid credit or debit card. 

When a Booking is confirmed, a reference number is given. This number must be retained for access to the Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary. 
 
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your Booking and payment secure by using a third party payment provider whom we understand uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, making our pages secure.  Accordingly, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to your information, either on our Site or our payment provider’s.

3. Prices
All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate, but are subject to change without notice.  The price you shall pay for the Booking is the price displayed on the Site at the time we receive your order for the tickets concerned.
 
If an error is discovered in the price of your Booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.  In the event that the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price.  We shall be under no obligation to fulfil a Booking which was advertised at an incorrect price.  We shall give you the option of confirming the Booking at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the Booking altogether.  If you cancel and have already paid for your booking in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.

4. Availability 
In the rare case that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver Your requested tour, You will be offered an alternate tour or a full refund of the money paid for the tour.  

5. Arrival and departure 
Tour departure times are specified on your Booking confirmation. Please arrive ten minutes before this time. It is Your responsibility to contact Us if You are delayed or are unable to arrive in time for the tour. 

6. Cancellations 
If You cancel Your Booking within forty-eight hours of the scheduled tour time on the date of arrival, as printed on your Booking confirmation,  a full refund shall be made to you. An alternative date may be offered (this is by the discretion of the Management only), at your option.  Any cancellation made at least forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled tour time shall not be subject to any late cancellation charge.

7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to you for any failure to fulfil your Booking which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
